Jacek is a Managing Director serving as GBA’s Director for Central and Eastern Europe Operations.
His experience is summarized:
Trained in Theoretical Physics and with a Ph.D., Physics, from Jagellonian University, Krakow, Poland, 1975.
Experience in nuclear research, engineering, aviation, defense, government program restructuring, business process reengineering, and business development.
From 1987 to the present day Jacek has operated as a highly respected consultant in Eastern Europe with his own enterprise -- Rayski Consulting. As sole proprietor of Rayski Consulting in Cracow Poland, he provides subject matter expertise and business development services for local, national, and global corporations.
He currently represent a number of U.S. advanced technology and defense companies in Poland, including Rockwell Collins Government Systems, Data Link Solutions, General Dynamics C4 Systems (CSAR), BAES NA (IFF), Moog Salt Lake City Operations, and Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems.
He provides consulting and representative services in areas of aviation, defense, physics, nuclear research, economic development, and other subject matter expertise fields.
