Cindy “Chief” McNally

Chief is the Managing Director, Programs, Research and Analysis for GBA. Her experience is summarized:

“Chief” brings over thirty years experience in the aviation, defense, maintenance and logistics fields both nationally and internationally. This experience is augmented by her skills as a goal oriented decisive manager with extensive experience leading large groups of employees and effective program management at the corporate level. Likewise she has a proven track record for strong planning, coordinating and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

While serving on active duty, United States Air Force; she maintained fourteen different weapons systems, performed four aircraft bed downs, and managed the logistics arena to include contracting, plans and programs, transportation and supply. Chief has managed billion dollar accounts and supervised aircraft maintenance operations in Southeast Asia, southwest Asia, Europe and the United States. She also has over a decade of directing ramp operations in airshows.

Chief is a retired Chief Master Sergeant, USAF. She has a thorough background in air mobility, special operations, and tactical aircraft, with maintenance experience at the depot and engineering level. She taught Aircraft Battle Damage Repair at the depot level. Her achievements include distinguished graduate at all Professional Military schools she attended, numerous awards and medals.
