Network Centric Analysis

GBA devised and executed multiple business and technical strategies as well as tactical events to stand up the Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium ™ (NCOIC). GBA brought its team’s diverse skills together during this 20 month engagement to create an environment where the 16 founding member companies have matured today to more than 100 global leaders in aerospace, defense, communications, governments agencies, information technology, and academia. GBA’s key role was captured in the following note:

“We are all grateful to you (GBA) for your immense contribution to this fledgling enterprise.  Your presence in the early months of the effort to get it all going has been invaluable to me and all the other founding members of the (Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium™ - NCOIC) Consortium.”
